This site has just gone to hell a little bit.

America is being invaded by Sweden! God help us! Or them. Whatever.

Im so sick and tired of Americans thinking that they are the bestest people in the world.

Well guess what, youre not! Your Army or Navy is nothing compared to the mighty Viking…

YOU WILL NOW TASTE THE WRATH OF THE SWEDISH VIKI… Ohh a kitten! :3

Kitten. :#

I cleaned, and cleaned some more…

It’s wifey’s birthday week, so I took it upon myself to get some flyers I designed for her and sent them out. If you’d like an example check here.

I have spent most of my week, organizing, cleaning, answering information calls, attending to my 3 wonderful daughters and designing a site I need to finish by next week.

It’s 7PM Friday and I’m exhausted. All day since 7AM I’ve taken my daughters (3) in for their doc appt. Yes one of them got shots, yes it’s tough to see them in pain however it’s for the better.

I got home an hour later and had to rush a stack of paper work about the size of a bible to my daughter’s school for this session. Keep in mind I still need to clean the house, and I mean clean. I don’t mess around. I’m talking about bleaching the walls, wiping down everything that is touched or will be touched (damn drunk people)

I still have a gourmet cake to bake, and random touch ups left here and there. It better be worth it! My wife better be the happiest woman on earth on her damn birthday fiesta tomorrow, next to the day she got her iPhone and 14k diamond ring. The iPhone did in fact overshadow the ring. However being a geek, that’s perfectly fine with me.

*sigh* The things I do for love

The Real Problem With Our Government (Part 1)

This is not a political blog or personal opinion blog of any kind of nature really but my articles (read article, singular) are a break from T3ch. Second, I’m not much for writing about government or politics because I’m normally complaining about the people complaining and offer no real help during the process. So I decided to put forth some effort into something else and took my inspiration from reading The Economist all day. If your a blogger or journalist I recommend reading their style guide (I haven’t) for proper journalism composition. Onto the post.

Believe it or not, our President doesn’t have absolute power like some people seem to believe. Our Congress, The House and The Senate, make a large amount of decisions. This series of posts will be about the lack of information and knowledge our Congress has on the topics it makes decisions on. This specific post will create and an outline which I will detail down the road.

There are a wide variety of obstacles a member of Congress must tackle. Economics, Foreign Policy, Wars, Poverty, and so on. They work on and create bills for anything from video games, music, and sex to environmental hazards, economic restrictions, and privacy. However, where congress may be qualified to make decision on some topics doesn’t mean they have any ability to create effective bills for other topics. For instance, T3ch (T3ch on a T3ch blog!?). The internet and its proponents are deeply seeded in a gray area which is always being debated. However, how many Senators really have any idea whats going on? Well, here are the career backgrounds and a couple other stats of Congress.

  • Average age of the 109th Congress - 60.4 years old (oldest EVAR!) Not to mention the median age for Americans is 33.7 years old.
  • Law is the predominant profession, followed by politics, then business.
  • 6 are/were Ministers
  • 3 are radio broadcasters, 2 radio talk show hosts, 1 television
sportscaster, 1 television reporter, 1 television talk show host, and 1 motivational speaker
  • 1 professional magician, 1 major league baseball player, 1 major league football player, 1 florist, 1 librarian.
  • 2 vintners, 2 auctioneers, 2 bank tellers, 1 furniture salesman, 1steelworker, a carpenter, 1 ironworker, 1 paper mill worker, 1 cement
plant worker, 1 meat cutter, 1 river boat captain, 1 taxicab driver, 1 toll
booth collector, 1 hotel clerk, 1 hotel bellhop, 1 fruit orchard worker, 1race track blacksmith, and 1 cowboy.

Granted not all of Congress is clueless when it comes to technology or what their constituents want. Actually the meat cutter probably follows his constituents desires closer than a large majority of Congress.

Well, thats it for now. I’ll being going further in depth focusing mostly on Senate as more installments appear. Now to avert your attention away from this bore. Gaze upon Knut! The baby polar bear nursed back to health after having a near death experience and being rejected from his circus bear mother T______T.

KNUT!!!
